Some weeks ago, I received a travel flyer for a trip to Verona. This city in in Veneto, northern Italy is one of the main tourist destinations in this part of the country.
Together with friends, I had the chance to visit this city last summer 2011. It was quite a very hot summer in July but the temperature did not stopped us from going around the city.
The Verona Arena during our visit last July 2011.
One of the famous sights in the city is the Verona Arena or Arena di Verona, as it is called in Italian language. It is a Roman amphitheatre in Piazza Bra in Verona, Italy. It is internationally famous for the large-scale opera performances given there. It is one of the best preserved ancient structures of its kind.
Why I would like to visit Verona again? I want to experience an opera show in this city. Performers and singers of the show might use mxl v250 condenser microphone and other music instruments and gadgets. The Verona Arena is also use a venue for theaters, concerts, shows and other several annual affairs.
Other sights to experience also include Piazza dei Signori, San Zeno Basilica, Santa Maria Antica, Porta Borsari, Ponte di Pietra (“Stone Wall Bridge”), Arco dei Gavi (Gavi Arch), the balcony of Juliet’s house and more.
Hi dear friends and visitors!! thanks for visiting me here!! Have a great and blessed day!!
