It is very famous because of Juliet’s House or the Casa di Giulietta. It was supposedly the location of the famous balcony love scene from Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet but for reason I don’t know, it did not took place there. Verona is one of the cities that I visited in Italy. It is located in the region of Veneto in Italy.
Some hours of visit in this city is not enough to see and to discover everything there. I was just happy to stepped on it.
Because of the value and importance of its many historical buildings, Verona has been named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is one of the main tourist destinations in northern Italy, owing to its artistic heritage, several annual fairs, shows, and operas, such as the lyrical season in the Arena, the ancient amphitheatre built by the Romans.
